Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • We strive to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping costs are inclusive and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the products in your order. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking Your Order:
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Delays:
    • While we aim to meet our standard delivery times, certain factors like weather conditions, holidays, and logistical issues can cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Non-Deliverable Locations:
    • Currently, we deliver to all locations within the United States. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 to 48 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have already been processed for shipping.
